Our Role
Led the end-to-end technical direction of the migration to Drupal 10 on Microsoft Azure.
"We orchestrated the restructuring of all content, streamlined backend management, brought UI/UX up to modern accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and ensured GDPR compliance at every level.
Our partnership included performance optimization, security review, and close cooperation with design and communications teams on both sides.

Global Delegation Sites Digitally Transformed
led the migration and unification of over 100 EU delegation websites (27 languages) from Documentum to Drupal, and designed the “EU in the World” app connecting citizens to events from 99 EU delegations.
Context
EEAS needed to unify and modernize the digital presence of more than 100 EU delegations worldwide, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and performance across 27 languages.
Our Role
- Technical lead and coordination for migrating 100+ delegation sites from Documentum to Drupal 7.
- Full migration planning, multilingual rationalization, and technical project management.
- Functional and conceptual design for the "EU in the World" mobile app, enabling citizens to discover events published by the EEAS and all 99 delegations.
